A chopping board that does not absorb anything
The surface is metal. It does not absorb juices from meat, colour from beetroot, or odours from onion and garlic. Rinse the board, wipe it dry and it is ready to use again.
Thin and easy to store
The board is thin and takes up little space in a drawer or stored upright. You can use both sides.

20 × 29 cm for fruit, cheese and herbs. 23 × 34 cm for everyday meal prep. 28 × 39 cm when cutting large pieces of meat or plenty of vegetables.
Good to know
Metal is harder than wood and plastic, so your knife may need sharpening a little more often.
