The rolling grill basket keeps smaller pieces of food together on the barbecue. It works well for vegetables, fish, seafood and smaller pieces of meat that can otherwise easily fall through the grill grates.

Place the food in the basket and roll it during cooking with barbecue tongs. This lets you turn several pieces at once and achieve more even heating without having to turn each piece individually.

Use and cleaning

Distribute the food evenly in the basket and avoid packing it so tightly that heat cannot circulate. The basket becomes hot during grilling, so use barbecue tongs or barbecue gloves when rolling or lifting it.

Allow the basket to cool after use. Then wash it with warm water, soap and a suitable brush or sponge.
