Five drums for different ingredients
Rivix™ comes with five interchangeable drums, so you can choose a finer or coarser result depending on what you are preparing. Use it for grated cheese, carrot, cucumber, potato, cabbage, nuts or chocolate.
For hard ingredients, you will get the smoothest operation by cutting them into smaller pieces before placing them in the feed chamber.
Stable suction base on the bench
The base attaches by suction to smooth, clean surfaces. On a suitable surface, Rivix™ stays steady while you turn the handle, so you do not need to hold the entire grater in place with your other hand.
Wipe the bench before use for the best possible grip.
Quick cleaning and tidy storage
After use, Rivix™ comes apart easily. The drums and removable parts can be rinsed under running water, while the suction base should be hand-washed.
The included storage box keeps the drums together so they do not sit loose in the drawer.
