Practical rotary grater for an easier time in the kitchen
Secure Rivix™ to a smooth kitchen bench, add cheese or vegetables and turn the handle steadily. Shreds, slices or grated cheese fall straight into the container, without you having to keep your fingers close to sharp blades.
It is designed for everyday meals such as salads, tacos, gratins, pizza and quick dinners when you want to save time and keep the bench tidier.
New and more robust version
- Easier preparation: The handle makes it easy to grate and slice cheese and vegetables straight into the container.
- Safer for fingers: The food is pushed down into the feed chamber while the drum does the work.
- Five interchangeable drums: Several grating sizes and one slicing drum for cheese, vegetables, nuts and chocolate.
- Stable suction base: Attaches firmly to clean, smooth surfaces and keeps Rivix™ stable while you turn the handle.
- Easier cleaning: The parts come apart easily so you can rinse them quickly after use.
Five drums for different ingredients
Rivix™ comes with five interchangeable drums, so you can choose a finer or coarser result depending on what you are preparing. Use it for grated cheese, carrot, cucumber, potato, cabbage, nuts or chocolate.
For hard ingredients, you will get the smoothest operation by cutting them into smaller pieces before placing them in the feed chamber.
Stable suction base on the bench
The base attaches by suction to smooth, clean surfaces. On a suitable surface, Rivix™ stays steady while you turn the handle, so you do not need to hold the entire grater in place with your other hand.
Wipe the bench before use for the best possible grip.
Quick cleaning and tidy storage
After use, Rivix™ comes apart easily. The drums and removable parts can be rinsed under running water, while the suction base should be hand-washed.
The included storage box keeps the drums together so they do not sit loose in the drawer.
